OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE
To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:
I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
203 of Article 33 of the Code of Maryland (1947 Edition)
DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at the General Election held on
November 4, 1952 in the State of Maryland, an Act known
as Chapter 188 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1951, was submitted to the voters of the Town
of Centreville, Queen Anne's County, for their adoption or
rejection under the provisions of Chapter 188 of the Acts of
1951, said Act being:
"An Act to add one new section to Article 27 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, (1939
Edition), to follow immediately after Section 576AB
of said Article and to be designated as Section 576AC,
to authorize the exhibition of motion pictures within
the corporate limits of the Town of Centreville,
Queen Anne's County, after the hour of 2 P. M. on
Sundays".
AND I DO CERTIFY, That at said election 320 votes were
cast in favor of the adoption of Chapter 188 of the Acts of
1951 and 133 votes were cast against the adoption of the
said Act; and a majority being cast for the adoption of
Chapter 188, the said Act has, therefore, been ratified by the
voters of Centreville, Queen Anne's County, Maryland.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto sub-
