well as driveways, automobile parking spaces, water and
sanitary facilities and surface drainage.
(d) Plans and specifications of all buildings and other
improvements constructed or to be constructed within the
trailer coach park and including plans and specifications
of water supply and distribution and sanitary facilities.
(e) Such further information as may be required by the
Board of County Commissioners to enable it to determine
if the proposed park will comply with legal requirements.
The Board of County Commissioners shall require the
St. Mary's County Planning Commission and the St. Mary's
County Health Department to inspect the site, review the
plans and specifications and submit recommendations to the
Board of County Commissioners as to approval, dis-
approval, or revisions necessary for the plans and specifica-
tions to comply with all provisions of this Act and all other
applicable ordinances or statutes. If the provisions of this
Act have been complied with and if the applicant is found
to be of good moral character and if the Board of County
Commissioners shall have determined that the granting of
the application is not detrimental to public welfare or safety
of persons or property because of pertinent conditions in
regard to public roads, schools, churches, public utilities
and household services, use of adjacent territory for resi-
dential, agricultural or other purposes, and maintenance of
peace and good order, the Board of County Commissioners
shall approve the application and upon completion of the
park in accordance with the approved plans shall issue the
license.
The application and all accompanying plans and specifica-
tions shall be filed in triplicate. The Board of Health and
the Board of County Commissioners shall investigate and
inspect the proposed plans and specifications. If the appli-
cant is found to be of good moral character and the pro-
posed trailer coach park will be in compliance with all
provisions of this Act and all other applicable ordinances
or statutes and if the Board of County Commissioners shall
have determined that the granting of the application is
not detrimental to the public welfare or safety of persons
or property because of pertinent conditions in regard to
public roads, schools, churches, public utilities and house-
hold services, use of adjacent territory for residential, agri-
cultural or other purposes and maintenance of peace and
good order, the Board of Health shall approve the appli-
cation and upon completion of the park according to the
plans shall issue the license.
