Upon application for a transfer of the license, the Board
of Health shall issue a transfer if the transferee is of good
moral character.

217C. (Trailer Coach Park Plan. ) The trailer coach
park shall conform to the following requirements:

(a) The park shall be located on a well-drained site,
properly graded to insure rapid drainage and freedom

from stagnant pools of water.

(b) Trailer Coach spaces shall be provided consisting of a
minimum of 1, 000 square feet for each space which shall be
at least
25 20 feet wide and clearly defined. Trailer coaches
shall be so located on each space that there shall be at least
a
15 12 foot clearance between trailer coaches, provided,
however, that with respect to trailer coaches parked end-to-
end, the end-to-end clearance between trailer coaches may
be less than 15 feet but shall not be less than 10 feet. No
trailer coach shall be located closer than 10 feet from any
driveway or 20 feet from any building within the park or
30 feet from any property line bounding the park. No
additions to any trailer coach shall be constructed on any
trailer lot
UNLESS APPROVED BY THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS.

(c) All trailer coach spaces shall abut upon a driveway
of not less than 25 feet in width and which shall have
unobstructed access to a public street, alley or highway.

A parking space for one car shall be provided for each
trailer coach lot and so located as not to obstruct traffic.
All driveways shall be hard surfaced, well marked in day-
time and lighted at night with 25 watt lamps at intervals
of 100 feet located approximately 15 feet from the ground.

(d) Walkways not less than two feet wide shall be pro-
vided from the trailer coach spaces to the service buildings.
The walkways shall be hard surfaced, well marked in the
daytime and lighted at night with 25 watt lamps at intervals
of 100 feet located approximately 15 feet from the ground.

(e) Each park shall provide service buildings to house
toilet facilities, bathing facilities, laundry facilities and
other sanitary facilities as hereinafter more particularly
prescribed.

(f) An electrical outlet supplying at least 110 volts shall
be provided for each trailer coach space.

217D. (Location. ) Trailer coach parks may be located
in any district which is zoned for trailer parks. Each
