RECORDS OF BALTIMORE CITY IN LIBER M. L. P.
NO. 7618, FOLIO 416, ALSO CONVEYING THE LEASE-
HOLD INTEREST IN SAID PROPERTY.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 744
(House Bill 840)
AN ACT to add a new sub-section to Section 663 of Article
66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Oysters and Clams",
said new sub-section to be known as Sub-section (e) of
said section, to follow immediately after Sub-section (d)
thereof, AND TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH
AMENDMENTS, SUB-SECTION (M) OF SECTION
665 OF SAID ARTICLE, providing that it shall be un-
lawful to take or catch hard shell clams by means of any
hydraulic dredge or mechanical dredge of any type and
providing that this Act shall not apply in the Atlantic
Ocean or on leased lands, AND PROVIDING A PEN-
ALTY FOR VIOLATIONS OF THIS NEW SUB-SEC-
TION.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That be and there is added a new sub-section to
