THEODORE R. MCKELDIN, GOVERNOR 1713

Court for St. Mary's County, Maryland, being all those lots,
tracts, or parcels of land situated in the Fourth Election
District of St. Mary's County, Maryland, called and known
as "Felicity Manor" containing One Thousand acres, more
or less, in which lands Testatrix owned a one-third un-
divided interest.

7. To the deed from Osborn S. Wilson and Curtis W. Kis-
ner, surviving trustees of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, to the
trustees of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church, at Beane, dated
May 8, 1903 and recorded among the Land Records of
Montgomery County, Maryland in Liber T. D. 26, at folio
161.

8. To the gift contained in the last Will and Testament
of Mary Louise Groscup, deceased, of record in the office of
the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Liber J. H. B. No.
214, Folio 556, to the House HOME for the Aged of the
Methodist Church of Baltimore City.

9. To the gifts contained in the last Will and Testament
of Charles W. Bear, deceased, of record in the office of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore County in Liber W. J. P.
No. 15, Folio 475 to the Home for the Aged of the Methodist
Church of Baltimore City, and to the Trustees of the Balti-
more Annual Conference of the Methodist Church.

10. TO THE DEED FROM LOUIS P. SALGANIK
AND ELEAZER WINAKUR TO THE BETH JACOB
CONGREGATION, ANSHE SFARD, UPPER PARK
HEIGHTS, A RELIGIOUS CORPORATION, DATED
