among the Land Records of Montgomery County, Mary-
land; which deed conveys a tract of land known as "Holly
Hills Farm", as more particularly described therein, and
containing 341. 60 acres; and which deed conveys Lot 14,
Block 49, "B. F. Gilbert's Addition to Takoma Park", per
Plat Book 2 at Plat 101 among the aforesaid Land Records.
