of Sections 341-24 through 341-31 or any ordinance passed
thereunder, or wilfully or corruptly does anything which
will or will tend to affect fraudulently any registration,
nomination, or city elections, shall be deemed guilty of mis-
demeanor. Any officer or employee of the city government
who is convicted of a misdemeanor under the provisions
of this section shall immediately cease to hold such office
or employment upon such conviction.

Removal:

341-33. Any member of the Board of Supervisors of
Elections may be removed for good cause by the Council.
Before removal, the member of the Board of Supervisors
of Elections to be removed shall be given a written copy of
the charges against him and shall have a public hearing
on them before the Council if he requests one within ten
days after receiving the written copy of the charges against
him.

Duties:

341-34. The Board of Supervisors of Elections shall be
in charge of the registration of voters, nominations, and
all city elections. The Board may appoint election clerks
or other employees to assist it in any of its duties.

Notice:

341-35. The Board of Supervisors of Elections shall give
at least ten days notice of every registration day and every
election by an advertisement published in at least one
newspaper of general circulation in the city and by posting
a notice thereof in at least one public place or places, in
each ward of the city.

Nomination:

341-36. Any person desiring to be a candidate for an
elective office under the terms of this sub-title, shall file,
not later that 60 days previous to the date of the election
with the Board of Election Supervisors, a petition setting
forth that said candidate is not less than thirty years of
age, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Glen
Burnie, that he has been an actual dweller within the limits
of said city for not less than two years next preceding the
date of election, and setting forth the ward in which said
candidate dwells and the name of the office he seeks. Said
petition for candidate for Mayor or Councilman at large
shall bear not less than 100 signatures of persons qualified
