SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 713

(House Bill 627)

AN ACT to add a new subsection to Section 101 of Article
VII of Chapter 534 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, (1951 Session), said new subsection to be
designated by the letter (h), and relating to the issuance
of bonds by The City of Salisbury.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That subsection (h) be and it is hereby added
to Section 101 of Article VII of Chapter 534 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, (1951 Session), to read
as follows:

(h) No provision or limitation contained in this charter
shall apply to or affect the issuance and sale of bonds by
the City pursuant to the provisions of Article 43, title
"Health", of the Annotated Code of the Public General
Laws of Maryland, (1951 Edition), or any amendments
thereto.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.
