AN ACT to repeal Section 114 of Article 20 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Somerset County", sub-title "Crisfield", and to enact in
lieu thereof a new section to be known as Section 114 of
said Article and sub-title, extending the harbor line on
the north side of the City of Crisfield to permit an ex-
tension of twenty additional feet to the municipally
owned wharf of the City of Crisfield located at the foot
of Broad Street in said City.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 114 of Article 20 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Somerset County", sub-title "Crisfield", be and it is hereby
repealed and that a new section be and it is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof, to be known as Section 114 of said Article
and sub-title and to read as follows:
114. The harbor line of the City of Crisfield, on the
north side of the City of Crisfield, is hereby extended as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the harbor line of Crisfield Har-
bor, which extends from Station 23 to Station 24, which
point bears S 34° 50' 30" E 462. 79 ft. from Station 24, and
which point is, also, the intersection of said harbor line
with the northwest side of Broad Street and 28 ft, along
said line of Broad Street in a sou^vesterly direction from
an existing brass plate in the wall of the A. B. Cochrane
Building, which plate bears the designation "Cochrane" per
U. S. Engineer's Drawing, dated June, 1916, File No.
"Crisfield Harbor 66 Shelf 34" from which point proceed-
ing by and with the northwest side of Broad Street pro-
jected in a southwesterly direction; (1) S 55° 30' W a dis-
tance of 86 ft. to a point; (2) thence S 34° 50' E 50 ft. to
intersect the northwest side of Broad Street projected in a
southwesterly direction; (3) N 55° 30' E 86 ft., more or
less, to intersect the harbor line aforementioned; (4) thence
N 34° 50' and 30" W 50 ft., more or less, to the place of
