thence, continuing with the corporate limits of Pocomoke
City, South 47 degrees 4 minutes East, 650. 0 feet to Point
No. 15 on said map; said point being on the easterly pro-
jection of Eleventh Street from Market Street along the
old corporation line of Pocomoke City as amended by the
laws of Maryland, Acts of 1937, Chapter 319; thence, con-
tinuing along the easterly corporate line of Pocomoke City,
South 47 degrees 40 minutes East, 531. 0 feet to a point
formed by the intersection of the said easterly corporation
line of Pocomoke City and the northeasterly corporate line
as changed in 1947, along the line separating the lands of
I Bates Pilchard and the lands of Marvin Merrill; thence,
continuing by and with the corporate line as changed in
1947, North 45 degrees East, 490. 4 feet to a point along the
said Pilchard-Merrill line; thence, continuing with the east-
erly corporate line of Pocomoke City, as changed in 1947,
South 48 degrees 14 minutes East, 1846. 1 feet to a point on
the northwesterly side of the State highway No. 113, lead-
ing from Pocomoke City to Snow Hill and commonly known
as the "Pocomoke Cut-Off", which said point being the
easternmost corner of the corporate limits of Pocomoke
City; thence by and along the northwesterly side of the said
State highway No. 113, North 12 degrees 20 minutes East,
1260. 7 feet to a concrete monument settled in the ground
at a distance of SO feet from the center line of the said
State highway; thence North 48 degrees 50 minutes West,
4049. 4 feet to the concrete post at Point No. 12 on the
aforesaid map, the point or place of beginning. (All
bearings refer to true meridian. )

Second: Beginning for the outlines of the same at a
monument located North 68 degrees 40 minutes East,
1740. 5 feet from a field stone marked Letter "A" as shown
on the "Map of Pocomoke City", dated December 26, 1944,
and made by W. Ballard Miles, Registered Surveyor, the
said course being the reverse of Line No. 23 as described
on the said map; thence running by and with the present
corporate line of Pocomoke City, South 40 degrees 20
minutes East, 874-0 feet to a monument settled in the
ground; thence, continuing by and with the present cor-
porate line of Pocomoke City, North 41 degrees 10 minutes
East, 883. 0 feet to a point on the northeasterly side of
Cedar Street on the grounds of the Pocomoke City High
School; thence by and with the present corporate line of
Pocomoke City and by and with the northeasterly side of
said Cedar Street, South 48 degrees 50 minutes East, 618. 0
feet to Point No. 19 on the aforesaid map of Pocomoke
City; thence, continuing by and with the present corporate
