line of Pocomoke City and also by and with the north-
easterly side of Cedar Street, South 49 degrees 5 minutes
East, 2793. 2 feet, through Point No. 18 to a point where the
northeasterly side of Cedar Street intersects the north-
westerly side of the old state stone road leading from
Pocomoke City to Virginia, formerly known as U. S. Route
No. 13 and now being known as the old U. S. Route No. 13;
thence running by and along the northwesterly side of the
said old U. S. Route No. 13, South 31 degrees 10 minutes
West, 908. 9 feet to a concrete monument settled along the
right of way line of said old U. S. Route No. 13; thence
North 4-8 degrees 50 minutes West, 4500. 5 feet to a point on
the present corporate line of Pocomoke City which is lo-
cated North 68 degrees 40 minutes East, 1594-9 feet from
the field stone marked Letter "A" on the aforesaid "Map of
Pocomoke City", dated December 26, 1944; thence running
by and with the said corporate line of Pocomoke City,
North 68 degrees 40 minutes East, 145. 6 feet to the monu-
ment at the point or place of beginning. (All bearings
refer to true meridian. )

191-I. The Mayor and Council of Pocomoke City shall be.
and it is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the metes
and bounds described in Section 191H of this Act to be
forthwith surveyed and distinctly marked by stones or other
monuments or markers to be placed at the beginning and
termination of each line and at such other places as it deems
necessary to properly locate said boundary lines; and full
power is given to the Mayor and Council of Pocomoke City,
and to its agents, servants and employees, to enter upon
any and all property from time to time for the performance
of the duties imposed by this Act in making said survey
and in order to erect and maintain suitable markers for
the boundaries of the municipality.

19J. The Mayor and Council of Pocomoke City shall
cause to be made two copies of said survey and the plat
thereof, which plat shall also show the boundary lines of
the town of Pocomoke City as they existed prior to the
passage of this Act. One copy of said survey and plat shall
be kept among the records of the Mayor and Council of
Pocomoke City and the other shall be sent to and be re-
corded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Worcester County, Maryland; copies of said plat, duly cer-
tified by the keeper of said records, respectively, and under
their respective seals of office shall be admitted in evidence
in all courts of this State. Any person interfering with
the agents, servants or employees of the said Mayor and
