AN ACT to add seven new sections to Article 24 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Worcester County", sub-title "Pocomoke City",
said new sections to follow immediately after Section
191G and to be known as Sections 191H, 191-I, 191J,
191K, 191L, 191M and 191N of said Article, extending
the corporate limits of the town of Pocomoke City, pro-
viding monuments to mark the new boundary lines of
said town and creating a taxing district and specifying
the taxes to be levied and collected on the territory an-
nexed to said town by this Act.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That seven new sections be and they are hereby
added to Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-
title "Pocomoke City", said new sections to follow immedi-
ately after Section 191G and to be known as Sections 191H,
191-I, 191J, 191K, 191L, 191M and 191N of said Article,
and to read as follows:

191H. That there is hereby added to the territory of
Pocomoke City two tracts or parcels of land, adjoining the
boundaries of the town of Pocomoke City as they existed
prior to the passage of this Act, the said two tracts or par-
cels of land being particularly described as follows:

First: Beginning for the outlines of the same at a con-
crete monument settled in the ground on the northerly side
of Linden Avenue, which said point of beginning is also
designated as Point No. 12 along the easterly corporate
line of Pocomoke City, Maryland, as shown on the "Map of
Pocomoke City", dated December 26, 1944 and made by W.
Ballard Miles, Registered Surveyor; and thence, from said
beginning point, by and with the corporate limits of Poco-
moke City, South 1 degree 21 minutes West, 1821. 7 feet to
Point No. 13 on said map; thence, continuing with the
corporate limits of Pocomoke City, South 30 degrees 21
minutes East, 455. 0 feet to Point No. 14 on said map;
