WHEREAS, the election records of 1938 recorded among
the records of the office of the Clerk of Court of Cecil
County do not disclose any referendum on Chapter 547 of
1937; and
WHEREAS, said Act therefore was never ratified by the
voters of Cecil County and should be repealed; now
therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 166A of Article 8 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Cecil County",
sub-title "Election Districts", as said section was enacted
by Chapter 547 of the Acts of 1937, be and it is hereby
repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 76
(Senate Bill 280)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tions 150 (c), 150 (h) and 152 (a) of Article 2B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title
"Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "County Dispensaries",
and to add to Section 156 (a-1) to said Article and sub-
title, said new section to stand immediately after Sec-
tion 156 '(a) thereof, creating a dispensary system for
certain alcoholic beverages in Caroline County, provid-
ing that the County Commissioners of said County shall
ex officio be the Liquor Control Board of Caroline
County, specifying the salaries of the said Board and
relating generally to the operation of said dispensary
system in Caroline County; and submitting this Act to
a referendum of the voters of Caroline County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
