with part of the (15th) line of 1930, also Corporate line of
1898; (16th) North 30 degrees 14 minutes West 1652. 75
feet to a stake on one of the main boundary lines between
Corner 88 and Corner 120 of the Maryland Coal and Realty
Company (formerly The Consolidation Coal Company),
also being South 40 degrees 35 minutes West from Corner
88 which stands at the Northeast corner of the J. O. U. A.
M. Park, then leaving the corporate line of 1930 and with
the above mentioned line of Maryland Coal and Realty
Company; (17th) South 40 degrees 35 minutes West 159. 00
feet to the Southeast corner of the J. O. U. A. M. Park, then
with the Westerly line of said park; (18th) North 33 de-
grees 45 minutes West 1068. 00 feet to a point on the South-
east side of the concrete road to the Frostburg Swimming
Pool, thence with said road; (19th) North 69 degrees 22
minutes West 101. 82 feet to the end of the twelfth line of
a deed to the Mayor and Councilmen of the Town of Frost-
burg dated October 5, 1927, filed and recorded in Liber 157,
folio 384, of the land records of Allegany County, Mary-
land, and with the 13th, 14th, etc., lines; (20th) South 89
degrees 40 minutes West 195. 31 feet; (21st) South 74 de-
grees 16 minutes West 118. 33 feet; (22nd) South 56 de-
grees 01 minutes West 627. 89 feet to the center of a bridge
over Sand Spring Run then leaving said road; (23rd) North
37 degrees 32 minutes West 588. 26 feet to a White Oak tree
at the end of the third line of a lot conveyed to George
Lewis by the Consolidation Coal Company by deed dated
April 6, 1927, filed and recorded in Liber 156, Folio 227 of
the land records of Allegany County, Maryland; thence
with the said 3rd line reversed; (24th) North 33 degrees
25 minutes East 161. 94 feet to a red oak at the end of the
second line of above mentioned lot, thence leaving said lot;
(25th) North 16 degrees 11 minutes West 570. 92 feet to a
stump used as a fence post; thence (26th) North 25 de-
grees 33 minutes East 528. 56 feet to the end of the second
line of a lot conveyed to George Wettings, et ux., by the
Consolidation Coal Company by deed dated May 5th, 1926,
filed and recorded in Liber 158, folio 360, of the land records
of Allegany County, Maryland, and reversing the first, fifth,
and fourth lines; (27th) North 6 degrees 50 minutes West
120. 00 feet; (28th) North 14 degrees 15 minutes West
45. 00 feet; (29th) North 89 degrees 09 minutes West
296. 00 feet to the end of the third line of the said George
Wellings' lot and leaving same; (30th) North 3 degrees 25
minutes West 366. 67 feet to the Maryland Coal and Realty
Company's corner stone No. 102 on the boundary line be-
tween Maryland Coal and Realty Company and Solomon
