the "Mayor and Councilmen of Frostburg", and creating
a new corporation by the name of "The City of Frostburg",
but shall be construed as continuing the existence of the
corporation known as the "Mayor and Councilmen of Frost-
burg", and changing its name to that of "The City of Frost-
burg",

BOUNDARIES:

2. The taxable corporate limits of the City of Frostburg
shall be as follows:

Beginning at a stone 8 feet from the Allegany Cemetery
fence, said stone stands at the end of the second line of the
limits of the City of Frostburg and described in the book
of Public Local Laws of Allegany County, as of 1930, and
as located in 1898; and running thence (True Meridian
Courses and horizontal distances used throughout), (1st)
south 57 degrees 50 minutes West 997. 56 feet; (2nd) north
70 degrees 15 minutes West 255. 00 feet to a point on the
East side of State Highway (36) and with East side of
Highway; (3rd) north 19 degrees 47 minutes East 265. 02
feet; (4th) north 26 degrees 27 minutes East 480. 41 feet
then across said Highway; (5th) north 70 degrees 05 min-
utes West 50. 00 feet to the intersection of the North side
of Blair Street with the West side of Green Street, then
with the West side of said Highway (Route 36); (6th)
south 26 degrees 27 minutes West 480. 41 feet; (7th) south
19 degrees 47 minutes West 265. 02 feet to a stone planted
at the corner of the Schlossstein property and with the line
of said Schlossstein property; (8th) north 62 degrees 45
minutes West 187. 86 feet to a point on the East side of the
C. & P. Railroad and with the centerline of long tangent
of said railroad extended; (9th) south 29 degrees 46 min-
utes West 1370. 60 feet to a point on said railroad on line
with the Southwesterly limits of Evans lot and with the
said Southwesterly limits; (10th) North 59 degrees 30
minutes West 644. 89 feet to the Easterly limits of a pro-
posed street, then with said Easterly limits; (11th) South
44 degrees 27 minutes West 341-98 feet then leaving said
street; (12th) North 79 degrees 01 minutes West 179. 54
feet to a point on the Northeasterly side of a road known
as Welsh Hill; then (13th) South 85 degrees 03 minutes
West 577. 07 feet to a peg driven in the top of a rock cliff
in a fence line on the East side of Braddock Park and with
said fence line; (14th) North 10 degrees 37 minutes West
886. 68 feet to a point on the Southeast side of the Mid-
lothian road and with said road; (15th) North 62 degrees
37 minutes East 416. 50 feet, then across said road and
