982F. (113-14A) The boundaries of the Town of Rock-
ville are hereby extended to include the following area
which is added to said Town:

Being all of that parcel of land known as the William
R. Pumphrey Tract and part of the Bullis Tract and being
more particularly known as follows:

Beginning at a point on the south side of the Norbeck
Road (formerly Baltimore Road), said point marking the
beginning of a conveyance to William R. Pumphrey as de-
scribed in a deed recorded in Liber 314 at Folio 32, among
the Land Records of Montgomery County and running
with the outlines thereof

(1) S 45° 09' 20" E 581. 84 feet;

(2) S 87° 29' 20" E 73. 26 feet;

(3) S 4° 05' 40" W 79. 80 feet;

(4) S 45° 09' 20" E 1254. 00 feet

to an old stone fence; thence with the north side of said
fence and one foot therefrom

(5) S 61° 05' 40" W 585. 23 feet to the northeast
corner of a conveyance from Bullis to Joseph L. Geeraert
for 9. 700 acres as described in Liber at Folio among
said Land Records; thence running with part of the east
line thereof

(6) S 18° 10' 50" W 1085. 76 feet to a point N 18°
10' 50" E 225. 00 feet from the north line of Viers Mill
Road; thence parallel to and 225 feet distant from said
north line

(7) N 71° 49' 10" W 382. 34 feet to the west line of
said conveyance Bullis to Geeraert; thence with part of
said west line

(8) N 18° 10' 50" E 674. 52 feet to a stone found at the
end of the 5th of S 67° 51' 30" W 1146. 75 feet line of
said conveyance to Pumphrey; thence running with the
west lines of said Pumphrey Tract

(9) N 50° 13' 30" W 1023. 08 feet;

(10) N 17° 37' 20" W 1106. 62 feet
to a point in the center line of the Norbeck Road; thence
bounding therein the following courses and distances:
