PUM-
PHREY Tract and 7. 725 acres in the Geeraert tract for a
total of 55. 550 acres of land.

All of the territory hereby annexed to the Town of Rock-
mile shall be excluded from the limits of the Maryland-
Washington Metropolitan District and also from the limits
of the Maryland-Washington Regional District. The lands
herein described shall not be subject to the Maryland Na-
tional Capital Park and Planning Commission nor subject
to the ordinances thereof. All of said lands shall hereafter
be exempt from taxes hereafter levied for the purposes
of said Metropolitan and Regional Districts. All of the
territory hereby annexed to the Town of Rockville shall
from and after June 1, 1953, be subject to all the laws,
ordinances and regulations of said Town.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.
