SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

(House Bill 49)

AN ACT to add Section 982F to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Montgomery County (1947 Edition), being
Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Montgomery County, " sub-title "Rockville, "
said new section to follow immediately after Section
982E of said Code as the same was enacted by Chapter
123 of the Acts of 1949, said new section also to be
known as Section 113-14A in the Montgomery County
Code of 1950 and to follow immediately after Section
113-14 thereof, adding a tract of land to the corporate
limits of the City of Rockville and relating generally to
the terms and conditions under which said tract becomes
incorporated within the corporate limits of Rockville.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added
to the Code of Public Local Laws of Montgomery County
(1947 Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery County, " sub-
title "Rockville, " said new section to be known as Section
982F and to follow immediately after Section 982E of said
Code as the same was enacted by Chapter 123 of the Acts
of 1949, said new section also to be known as Section 113-
14A in the Montgomery County Code of 1950 and to fol-
low immediately after Section 113-14 thereof and to read
as follows:
