For every transcript from a docket................................................. 50

For issuing warrant for re-entry..................................................... 1. 50

For issuing writ of retorno habendo or capias in
withernam

For taking each oath, affidavit or acknowledgment.......... 25

For mailing summons, etc. by registered mail, the
postage and fees charged by the U. S. Postal Service.
For serving summons and other papers in civil suit
and return

For levying fieri facias, scire facias, replevin, and all
writs of attachment, each levy......................................................... 8. 00

For executing warrant for re-entry or writ of resti-
tution

For poundage fees on any distraint, replivin, attach-
ment, or fieri facias: 8% on the first $25. 00 and 3%
on the residue; but if the defendant shall supersede
the judgment on which the execution or attachment
shall have been issued, or if the personal property
subjected to the lien of any distraint, execution or
attachment be not sold, then only one-half of said
poundage fees.

For all reasonable expenses incurred by any officer in
taking into possession, removing, delivery, storing
or selling any personal property in the course of his
official duties, other than for the officer's own serv-
ices in connection therewith.

For any services rendered by any Justice of the Peace
or officer not covered or enumerated herein, a rea-
sonable fee for said services shall be charge, having
regard to the fee or costs charged for comparable
services herein enumerated.

The foregoing fees and costs shall be repaid to the
person paying the same by the party against whom
judgment shall be rendered.

259. For the performance of the following acts or serv-
ices in criminal cases or proceedings before any Justice of
the Peace for Queen Anne's County, there shall be paid to
the Justice of the Peace by the accused person upon con-
viction, for the use of the County Commissioners of Queen
Anne's County, the following fees and costs:
For docketing and indexing each case.................................... 1. 00

For issuing each summons or State warrant for an

accused........................................................................................................ 50

For issuing a search warrant...................................................... 1. 00
