(Senate Bill 504)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 18 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Caroline County", sub-title "Circuit Court", sub-head-
ing "Clerk", said new section to be known as Section
87A, to follow immediately after Section 87 of said
Article, providing for the recording and indexing by
the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Caroline County of
certificates of tax sales and certificates of redemption.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 18
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Circuit Court",
sub-heading "Clerk", said new section to be known as
Section 87A, to follow immediately after Section 87 of
said Article, and to read as follows:

87A. The Clerk of the Circuit Court for Caroline
County shall record all certificates of tax sale and certifi-
cates of redemption among the Land Records of said
County when the land is located in Caroline County. Said
certificates shall be indexed in the names of each and all
the purchasers, owners, redeemers or assignees.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

661½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Operation of Vehicles
upon Highways", said new sub-section to be known as
