(g-1) of said section and to follow immediately after Sub-
section (g) thereof, and to read as follows:

(g-1) It shall be unlawful to hunt Japanese or Sitka
deer in Dorchester County. WITH BOW AND ARROW.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to ratify and confirm the action of The Town
Commissioners of Centreville in expending approxi-
mately twenty-five per centum (25%) of the proceeds
derived from the bonds issued by The Town Commis-
sioners of Centreville pursuant to the authority granted
by Chapter 526 of the Laws of Maryland 1947 for the
construction of water mains and fire hydrants in parts
of the Town of Centreville which became a part of said
Town by virtue of Chapter 837 of the Laws of Maryland
1947 and more particularly in the bed of the highway
running through said Town and designated as U. S.
Route No. 213.

WHEREAS, The Town Commissioners of Centreville in
the year 1947 expended approximately twenty-five per
centum (25%) of the proceeds derived from the bonds
issued by it pursuant to the authority granted by Chapter
526 of the Laws of Maryland 1947 for the construction
of water mains and fire hydrants in parts of the Town of
Centreville which became a part of the said Town by
virtue of Chapter 837 of the Laws of Maryland 1947 and
more particularly in the bed of the highway running
through said Town and designated as U. S. Route No. 213;
and

WHEREAS, the Circuit Court for Queen Anne's County
in a proceeding entitled "Charles L. Ford et al. vs. J. Grant
Yates, Sr. et al., " being No. 164 on the Law Docket of said
