authorized, empowered and directed to levy in each year
so long as any part thereof is outstanding and unpaid an
ad valorem tax on all property subject to taxation within
Calvert County sufficient in rate and amount to pay the
interest payable in said year on all outstanding bonds and
the principal of all of such bonds maturing in said year;
the proceeds of said tax to be kept in a special fund and in
no case to be used for any other purpose. In case said
bonds shall be issued in any year after the making of the
regular levy for that year, then the County Commissioners
of Calvert County are empowered, authorized and directed
to pay any and all interest becoming due before the next
levy out of any other funds at their disposal, and to levy
at the next succeeding levy an amount sufficient to reim-
burse such other funds.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure and necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public health and
safety, and having been passed by a yea and nay vote,
supported by three-fifths of all of the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, the same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to add a new sub-section to Section 195 of Article
66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Deer", said new
sub-section to be known as Sub-section (g-1) of said
section and to follow immediately after Sub-section (g)
thereof, making it unlawful to hunt Japanese and Sitka
deer in Dorchester County,, WITH BOW AND ARROW.
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That there be and there is added a new sub-section to
Section 195 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1951 Edition), title "Natural Resources", sub-title
"Deer", said new sub-section to be known as Sub-section
