AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-
section (Allegany County) of Section 100 AND SEC-
TION 104 of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1951 Edition), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-
title "Trial Magistrates' System", said sub-section hav-
ing been amended by Chapter 460 of the Acts of 1949
and by Chapter 110 of the Acts of 1951, AND TO ADD
SECTION 111 (B-1) TO SAID ARTICLE AND SUB-
TITLE, SAID NEW SECTION TO FOLLOW IMME-
DIATELY AFTER SECTION 111 (B) THEREOF, in-
creasing the annual salaries of the several Trial Magis-
trates AND OF THE SUBSTITUTE TRIAL MAGIS-
TRATES in Allegany County, RELATING ALSO TO
THE CLERICAL ASSISTANCE FOR TRIAL MAGIS-
TRATES IN ALLEGANY COUNTY and correcting an
error in said sub-section of Article 52.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub-section (Allegany County) of Section 100 AND
SECTION 104 of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Justices of the Peace",
sub-title "Trial Magistrates' System", said sub-section hav-
ing been amended by Chapter 460 of the Acts of 1949 and
by Chapter 110 of the Acts of 1951, be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, AND THAT A
NEW SECTION 111 (B-1) BE AND THE SAME IS
HEREBY ADDED TO SAID ARTICLE AND SUB-
TITLE, SAID NEW SECTION TO FOLLOW IMMEDI-
ATELY AFTER SECTION 111 (B) THEREOF AND
ALL to read as follows:

(Allegany County. ) There shall be twelve Trial Mag-
istrates, two of whom shall sit for the trial of cases in
the City of Cumberland, two at Frostburg, one at West-
ernport, one at Lonaconing, one at Mt. Savage, one at
Midland, one at Cresaptown, one at Barton, one at Old-
