To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:
I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OP
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
210 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951
Edition) DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at an election held on
April 6, 1954, in the City of Frostburg, Allegany County,
Maryland, an Act known as Chapter 662 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1953, was submitted to
the voters of the Town of Frostburg, Allegany County,
Maryland, for their adoption or rejection, under the pro-
visions of Chapter 662 of the Acts of 1953, said Act being
as follows:
"An Act to revise the corporate charter of the City of
Frostburg, Allegany County, Maryland, and relating
generally to the powers and duties of said City, its
officers and employees."
AND I DO CERTIFY, That at such election 430 votes were
cast in favor of the adoption of Chapter 662 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1953 and 415 votes were cast
against the adoption of the said Act, and a majority of the
votes being cast in favor of the adoption of the said Act,
the same has, therefore, been ratified by the voters of Frost-
burg, Allegany County, Maryland.
