To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:

I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
210 of Article 33 of the Code of Maryland (1951 Edition)
DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at a Special Election on Refer-
endum held in the Town of College Park, Prince George's
County, Maryland, on May 4,1953, an Act known as Chapter
447 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1953 was submitted to the voters of the Town of College
Park, for their adoption or rejection, under the provisions,
of Chapter 447 of the Acts of 1953, said Act being:

"An Act proposing the extension of the corporation
limits of the Town of College Park."

AND I DO CERTIFY, That at said election 75 votes were cast
in favor of the adoption of Chapter 447 of the Acts of 1953
and 6 votes were cast against the adoption of said Chapter
447 of the Acts of 1953 the Act has, therefore, been ratified
by the voters of the Town of College Park.
