(f) Brewery License. A Class 5 Manufacturer's License
shall be
designated as a Brewery License and shall authorize
the holder to establish and operate in this State a plant for
brewing and bottling malt beverages at the location therein
described, to import beer from holders of Non-Resident Dealer's
Permits, and to sell and deliver beer to any wholesale licensee
in this State, or person outside of this State, authorized to
acquire same.

(g) Additional Licenses. The holder of a Distillery, Rec-
tifying, Winery or Brewery license may apply for and obtain,
under a different name, one or more additional Distillery,
Rectifying, Winery or Brewery licenses for the same or another
premise. Such licenses may be issued to different persons or
under trade names used by persons occupying a part of or all
of the same premises.

The holder of a Rectifying, Winery or Brewery license may
apply for and obtain a Wholesaler's license of any Class for
the same premises or elsewhere as provided under this Article.

5. (a) The following classes of Wholesaler's licenses shall
be issued at the designated annual fees:

Class 1 Beer, Wine and Liquor Annual Fee $1, 500. 00

Class 2 Wine and Liquor Annual Fee 1, 250. 00

Class 3 Beer and Wine Annual Fee 1, 000. 00

Class 4 Beer Annual Fee 750. 00

The payment of an additional fee of $200. 00 shall entitle a
Class 1, Class 3, or Class 4 Wholesale, licensee to another loca-
tion for the warehousing, sale and delivery of beer.

Class 5 Limited Beer with import privilege
Class 6 Limited Beer without import privilege

The annual fee for a Limited Beer Wholesaler's license shall
be
based upon U. S. population census as follows:

In Counties of not more than 18, 000 population $125. 00
In Counties of more than 18, 000 population but not

more than 35, 000 population 175. 00
In Counties of more than 35, 000 population and in

Baltimore City 225. 00
Additional annual fee for Class 5 license for the

privilege of importing beer 50. 00

(b) Privileges: A wholesaler's license in accordance with
the fee paid shall entitle the holder to acquire the alcoholic
beverages indicated thereon, from licensees and holders of
Non-Resident Dealer's permits authorized by this State to
make such sales and deliveries. Such a license shall authorize
