the establishment and operation in this State of a plant for
distilling brandy, rum, whiskey, alcohol and neutral spirits
and the sale and delivery of such alcoholic beverages in bulk
to persons authorized in this State to acquire the same, and
to sell and deliver such alcoholic beverages to persons located
outside the State of Maryland. Such a license shall be obtained
for each trade name and for each distillery in this State. A
distiller may manufacture alcoholic beverages in the name of
another person or under a trade name, provided a distillery
license has been issued to such other person or under such trade
name, as the case may be. The holder of such a license may
acquire bulk alcoholic beverages from the holder of a distillery,
rectifying, or winery license in this State or from the holder
of a Non-Resident Dealer's Permit.

(c) Rectifying License. A Class 2 Manufacturer's License
shall be designated as a Rectifying License and shall authorize
the establishment and operation in the State of Maryland of
a plant for rectifying, blending and bottling alcoholic bever-
ages and the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages to a
holder of distillery, rectifying, or Class 1 or 2 wholesaler's
license, or to permit holders authorised to acquire such alco-
holic beverages and to persons outside the State of Maryland.
Such a licensee may acquire alcoholic beverages from the holder
of a distillery, rectifying, winery, or Class 1 or 2 wholesaler's
license in this State or from the holder of a Non-Resident
Dealer's Permit. A rectifier may rectify, blend, bottle and store
alcoholic beverages for another person or under another trade
name if a rectifying license has been issued in the name of such
person or under such trade name, as the case may be.

(d) Winery License. A Class 3 Manufacturer's License
shall be designated as a Winery License and shall entitle the
holder to establish and operate in this State a plant for fer-
menting and bottling wine at the location therein described, to
import bulk wine from the holder of a Non-Resident Dealer's
Permit, and to sell and deliver wine to any wholesale licensee
or permit holder in this State, or person outside of this State
authorized to acquire same.

(e) Limited Winery License. A Class 4 Manufacturer's
License shall be designated as a Limited Winery License and
shall entitle the holder to establish and operate in this State a
plant for fermenting and bottling wine made only from grapes
grown in Maryland, at the location therein described and
to
sell and deliver such wine to any licensee or permit holder in
this State, or person outside of this State, authorized to ac-
quire same. Such a licensee shall be authorized to operate only
in one location in the State.
