SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

(House Bill 290)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 397
of Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Cecil County, " sub-title "Rising Sun, "
authorizing an extension of the boundaries of Rising Sun.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That Section 397 of Article 8 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Cecil County, " sub-
title "Rising Sun, " be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

397. (a) The corporate bounds of limits of said village shall be
as follows: Beginning at a stone on the north side of Harrisville
Road, three hundred feet in a westerly direction from the
center of Wilson Avenue, where the same joins the said public
road; and running thence north twenty-three degrees and
forty-five minutes, east one thousand and twenty-nine and
three-tenths feet, to a stone at the northwest corner of the
public school lot; thence north eighty-seven degrees and twenty
minutes, east two thousand two hundred and forty-five feet and
seven-tenths of a foot to a stone in Keilholtz meadow, seven
feet east of the run and thirty feet northwest of an ash tree;
thence south fifty-eight degrees, east fifteen hundred and fifty-
seven feet to a stone fifteen feet north of the centre of the
public road leading to brick meeting house near the bridge
below Briscoe's Woods; thence south seventy-five degrees and
forty minutes, west five hundred and ninety-nine and five-
tenths feet to a stone at the southeast corner of Jessie A. Kirk's
lot, and southwest corner of Charles Keilholtz's land; thence
south eighty-two degrees and ten minutes, west three hundred
and five and five-tenths feet to a stone on the north side of the
road leading to the brick meeting house four hundred and forty
