ties", said new section to be known as Section 37 and
to follow immediately after Section 36 of said Article,
relating to municipal bond issues in Prince George's
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 31
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition and
1947 Supplement), title "Debt—Public", sub-title "Public
Securities", said new section to be known as Section 37
and to follow immediately after Section 36 of said Article,
and to read as follows:

37. The provisions of Sections 33 through 36 of this
sub-title shall not apply to the bond issues of any municipal
corporation in Prince George's County authorized prior
or subsequent to June 1, 1951.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 1 of Chapter 117 of the Acts of 1935, entitled "An
Act to authorize, in their discretion, the County Commis-
sioners of Frederick County, to levy and collect a tax on
all the assessable property in the County, each year in
an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars to be
paid to the Trustees of C. Burr Artz Library, the same
being a free public library, for the purpose of the care
and maintenance of said library in Frederick County, "
authorizing the County Commissioners of Frederick
County to increase the amount of levy for the use of the
Trustees of the C. Burr Artz Library in said County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 1 of Chapter 117 of the Acts of 1935, entitled
