SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to the Code
of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1943 Edi-
tion), being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Capitol
Heights", to be known as Section 138A, to follow immediately
after Section 138 of said Article, and to read as follows:

138A. (a) The boundaries of the Town of Capitol Heights
are hereby extended to include the following area in Prince
George's County, which is hereby added to said town:

Beginning for the same at a point at the intersection of the
south line of Brook Road and the west line of the sub-division
of Capitol Heights, as recorded among the Land Records of
Prince George's County and running thence with the south
and west line of Brook Road (30 feet wide):

S. 49° 30" 50" E. 59. 08 feet

S. 32° 51' 40" E. 10149 feet

S. 37° 08' 40" E. 342. 50 feet

S. 14° 22'00" W. 235. 14 feet

S. 16° 28' 00" W. 898. 45 feet

S. 13° 44' 30" W. 197. 86 feet to a point on the north line of
the property of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commis-
sion and running thence with said Washington Suburban
Sani-
tary Commission line.

N. 77° 36' 40" W. 600. 42 feet to a point in the east line of
Lot 8,
Block 39 "Greater Capitol Heights" and running thence
with the east line of Greater Capitol Heights.

N. 22° 25' 50" E. 105. 67 feet to a point common to Block 46,
Capitol Heights and Block 39, Greater Capitol Heights and
running thence with the east line of Capitol Heights.

N. 22° 25' 50" E. 1570. 43 feet to the point of beginning; con-
taining 17. 553 acres.

(b) All of the inhabitants of the territory by this section
annexed to the Town of Capitol Heights shall in all respects
be subject to the powers, jurisdiction and authority now vested
or to be vested by law in The Mayor and Common Council of
Capitol Heights.

(c) All of the provisions of the Public Local Laws of Mary-
land pertaining to the Town of Capitol Heights and all of the
ordinances heretofore enacted by The Mayor and Common
Council of Capitol Heights are extended and made applicable
to the territory by this section annexed to said Town of Capitol
Heights.
