nually by the County Commissioners of said county, and shall
be paid as are the salaries of other county employees, and
charged to the expenses of the Circuit Court for Prince
George's County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 389, 389A and 389B of Article 23
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Wicomico County", sub-title "Sheriff", said sec-
tions having been amended by Chapter 778 of the Acts of
1947, and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-sec-
tion 37B (v) of Article 87 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1947 Supplement), title "Sheriffs", sub-title "Com-
pensation and Duties", said sub-section having been amended
by Chapter 75 of the Acts of the Regular Session of 1950, re-
lating generally to the salaries and expenses of the Sheriff
of Wicomico County, his Deputies and Assistants and relat-
ing to the administration of said office.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 389, 389A and 389B of Article 23 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Wicomico County", sub-title "Sheriff", said sections having
been amended by Chapter 778 of the Acts of 1947, be and they
are hereby repealed, and that Sub-section 37B (v) of Article 87
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title
"'Sheriffs", sub-title "Compensation and Duties", said sub-sec-
tion having been amended by Chapter 75 of the Acts of the
Regular Session of 1950, be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(v) The Sheriff of Wicomico County shall receive an annual
salary of $3, 600. 00 to be paid to him in equal monthly install-
