tion 6 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947
Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Beer
Licenses", said new sub-section to be known as Sub-section
(fa) and to follow immediately after Sub-section (f) of said
section; that a new sub-section be and it is hereby added to
Section 7 of said Article, to be known as Sub-section (ga)
and to follow immediately after Sub-section (g) of said sec-
tion; that a new sub-section be and it is hereby added to Sec-
tion 9 of said Article, to be known as Sub-section (ia) and to
follow immediately after Sub-section (i) of said section; that
Sub-section (g) of Section 11 of said Article, sub-title "Beer
and Light Wine Licenses", be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments; that a new sub-section be and
it is hereby added to Section 12 of said Article, to be known as
Sub-section (ga) and to follow immediately after Sub-section
(g) of said section; that a new sub-section be and it is hereby
added to Section 14 of said Article, to be known as Sub-section
(ea) and to follow immediately after Sub-section (e) of said
section; that Sub-section (f) of Section 17 of said Article,
sub-title "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and all to read as
follows:

(fa) (Montgomery County. ) In Montgomery County the
annual license fee for such a license shall be Sixty Dollars
($60. 00).

(ga) (Montgomery County. ) In Montgomery County the
annual license fee for such license shall be One Hundred and
Fifty Dollars ($150. 00).

(ia) (Montgomery County. ) In Montgomery County the
annual license fee for such a license shall be One Hundred and
Fifty Dollars ($150. 00).

(g) (Montgomery County. ) In Montgomery County the
use of the word "wine" shall not prohibit the sale and delivery
under this license of wines properly labeled, respectively,
"Light Port", "Light Sherry", "Port", "Sherry", "Angelica",
"Madeira", and "Muscatel", as defined by the Federal Alcohol
Administration. The annual license fee for such a license shall
be Seventy-five Dollars ($15. 00).
