(h) Any convalescent patient from a Veterans' Hospital
who is hospitalized for service connected disabilities may fish
without securing a license provided he secures a permit issued
by a special service officer or the American Red Cross under
authorization granted by the Game and Inland Fish Com-
mission.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to add a new sub-section to Section 6 of Article 2B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title
"Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Beer Licenses", said new
sub-section to be known as Sub-section (fa) and to follow
immediately after Sub-section (f) of said section; to add a
new sub-section to Section 7 of said Article, to be known as
Sub-section (ga) and to follow immediately after Sub-section
(g) of said section; to add a new sub-section to Section 9 of
said Article, to be known as Sub-section (ia) and to follow
immediately after Sub-section (i) of said section; to repeal
and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section (g) of Section
11 of said Article, sub-title "Beer and Light Wine Licenses";
to add a new sub-section to Section 12 of said Article, to be
known as Sub-section (ga) and to follow immediately after
Sub-section (g) of said section; to add a new sub-section to
Section 14 of said Article, to be known as Sub-section (ea)
and to follow immediately after Sub-section (e) of said sec-
tion; and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-
section (f) of Section 17 of said Article, sub-title "Beer,
Wine and Liquor Licenses"; providing for increasing the
annual license fees for certain classes of alcoholic beverage
licenses issued in Montgomery County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
