(ga) (Montgomery County. ) In Montgomery County the
annual license fee for such a license shall be One Hundred and
Seventy-five Dollar ($175. 00). TWENTY DOLLARS
($120. 00).

(ea) (Montgomery County. ) In Montgomery County the
annual license fee for such a license shall be One Hundred and
Seventy five Dollars ($175. 00) TWENTY DOLLARS
($120. 00).

(f) (Montgomery County. ) In Montgomery County such a
license shall be issued by the Clerk, upon the advice and ap-
proval of the Liquor Control Board, only to the owner of any
restaurant which is located in the Fourth, Eighth or Tenth
Election Districts of said county and which was doing busi-
ness in 1932, and which had a seating capacity of thirty chairs
and capital investment of Thirty Thousand Dollars or more in
1932, for consumption on the premises. The annual license fee
for such a license shall be Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1, 200. 00).

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety, and
having been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-
fifths of all of the members elected to each of the two Houses
of the General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
