way, thence south along 43rd Avenue to Colesville Road, thence
west along Colesville Road to Queen's Chapel Road, thence
north on Colesville Road to Toledo Road, thence east along
Toledo Road to Wells Parkway, thence southeasterly along
Wells Parkway to 43rd Avenue.

The third ward shall consist of that portion of land con-
tained in the area bounded by the Southwest corner of Wash-
ington-Baltimore Boulevard and Queen's Chapel Road, thence
south along the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard to Wells
Parkway, thence west along Wells Parkway to Queen's Chapel
Road, thence northeast along the east side of Queen's Chapel
Road to Washington-Baltimore Boulevard.

The fourth ward shall consist of that portion of land con-
tained in the area starting at the intersection of Queen's
Chapel Road and Wells Parkway, thence northwesterly along
the centerline of Wells Parkway to the intersection of Wells
Parkway and College Heights Drive, thence northeasterly
along the centerline of College Heights Drive to a point in the
South 71° 24' East line of the whole tract of University Park,
thence southeasterly along said line to a point near the south-
west side of Clagett Road, on the lot line of Lot 16, Block 27,
Section 7 of University Park, thence northeasterly binding on
Lot 16, Block 27 and on Lot 3, Block 28, Section 7 of University
Park to the northernmost corner of Lot 3, thence southeasterly
binding on Blocks 28 and 26 of Section 7 and Section 6-A of
University Park to the centerline of Queen's Chapel Road,
thence southwesterly along the centerline of Queen's Chapel
Road to the beginning.

The fifth ward shall consist of that portion of land contained
in the area bounded as follows: beginning on the northwest side
of Queen's Chapel Road where the same is intersected by the
northern boundary of Block 26, Section 6A, University Park,
thence northeasterly along the northwest side of Queen's
Chapel Road to the west side of Washington-Baltimore Boule-
vard, thence northerly along the west side of Washington-
Baltimore Boulevard to the northern boundary of Block E of
the sub-division known as College Heights, thence westerly
along the northern boundary of said Block E, College Heights
to the northwest corner of Lot 52, Block E, thence southwest-
erly still along the boundary of Block E to the northwest
corner of Lot 44, Block E, thence southeasterly, still along the
boundary of Block E to the southwest corner of Lot 15, Block
E, and thence easterly along the southern boundary of Block E,
College Heights, which is the northern boundary of Block 26,
Section 6A, University Park, to the northwest side of Queen's
Chapel Road, the place of beginning.
