not less than Fifty Dollars ($50. 00) nor more than One
Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) for each offense.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

CHAPTER 97
(House Bill 100)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
1361, 1362 and 1377(a) of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (1943 Edition—being Article 17 of
the Code of Public Laws of Maryland), title "Prince
George's County", sub-title "University Park", to provide
for the creation of additional wards, number of councilmen
and taxation by the Town of University Park in Prince
George's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That Section 1361 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (1943 Edition—being Article 17 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Prince
George's County", sub-title "University Park", be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

1361. The Town of University Park shall be divided into
[four] seven wards, as follows:

The first ward shall consist of that portion of land contained
in the area bounded by the west side of the Washington-Balti-
more Boulevard and Wells Parkway and running south along
said west side of the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard to
Colesville Road, thence west along Colesville Road to 43rd
Avenue, thence north along the east side of 43rd Avenue to the
south side of Wells Parkway, thence east along Wells Parkway
to the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard.

The second ward shall consist of that portion of land com-
mencing with the west side of 43rd Avenue and Wells Park-
