chine or pin ball machine or similar device for public amuse-
ment or gain shall permit the same to be operated by any per-
son under the age of 18 years, UNLESS IT BE A PERSON
UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS WHO IS AC-
COMPANIED BY AT LEAST ONE OF HIS PARENTS. Any
wilful violation of the provisons of this section shall be deemed
a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be punishable by
a fine of not less than $100. 00 nor more than $500. 00 for each
such offense.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 163 to 165A, inclusive, of Article 1
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Allegany County", sub-title "Election Districts",
sub-headings "Judges and Clerks", and "Advertisements",
said sections relating to Judges and Clerks of Election and
to notices and advertisements as to elections in Allegany
County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of Sections 163 to 165A, inclusive,
of the Public Local Laws of Allegany County relate to Judges
and Clerks of Election and to notices and advertisements as to
elections; and

WHEREAS, said sections are obsolete under the provisions re-
lating to elections in Article 33 of the Annotated Code; and

WHEREAS, these local laws probably already are repealed by
implication since the revision of the election laws in 1945;
now therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 163 to 165A, inclusive, of Article 1 of the
