half of said ten percent (10%) aggregate shall be paid by
said Liquor Control Board to the Mayor and Council of
Salisbury and the other one half thereof to the County Com-
missioners of Wicomico County.

18.

(i) (Wicomico County. ) In Wicomico County the annual fee
for such a license shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00).
SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($750. 00). Any
bona fide club operating in Wicomico County and incorporated
for a period of not less than two years prior to the time of mak-
ing application for such license, and having a bona
fide mem-
bership of not less than one hundred (100) persons and dues
of not less than Twenty Dollars ($20. 00) per annum per mem-
ber, and having facilities for preparing and serving food on
the premises to said members and their guests when accom-
panied by such members, and owning or operating in a club
house or on premises principally used for no other purpose, and
not directly or indirectly owned or operated as a public busi-
ness, and any bona fide non-profit organization or club com-
posed solely of members who served in the Armed Forces of the
United States in any War in which the United States has en-
gaged, which organization or club operates solely for the use
of its own members and their guests when accompanied by such
members, and meets in a club house principally used for no
other purpose, and any lodge or chapter of any bona fide non-
profit and nation-wide fraternal organization composed of
members duly elected and initiated in accordance with the rites
and customs of such fraternal organization, and operating a
home or club house principally for the use of its members and
their guests when accompanied by such members, may, upon
payment of said license fee, obtain a license from the County
Commissioners of Wicomico County; provided that if any such
club, veterans or fraternal organization shall be located within
the corporate limits of the City of Salisbury said County Com-
missioners shall pay said license fee to the Mayor and Council
of Salisbury, otherwise they shall pay the same to the Treasurer
of Wicomico County; and provided further that in the issuance,
renewal, suspension or revocation of any such license said
County Commissioners of Wicomico County shall exercise all
the powers, authority, discretion and other rights conferred by
this Article upon the State Appeal Board in the place and stead
of said State Appeal Board; and provided further that such
club, veterans or fraternal organization shall purchase all
liquors sold by them from Wicomico County Liquor Dispensary
and shall be charged therefor the
