THORITY, DISCRETION AND OTHER RIGHTS CON-
FERRED BY THIS ARTICLE UPON THE STATE APPEAL
BOARD IN THE PLACE AND STEAD OF SAID STATE
APPEAL BOARD; AND PROVIDED FURTHER THAT
SUCH HOTEL OR RESTAURANT SHALL PURCHASE ALL
LIQUORS SOLD BY THEM FROM WICOMICO COUNTY
LIQUOR DISPENSARY AND SHALL BE CHARGED
THEREFOR THE INVOICE PRICE THEREOF TO THE
LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD FOR WICOMICO COUNTY
PLUS FREIGHT CHARGES THEREON AND PLUS
TWENTY PER CENT (20%) OF SUCH AGGREGATE IN-
VOICE PRICE AND FREIGHT CHARGES FROM TIME TO
TIME.
