of the Marlboro Pike to the centerline of the old road leading
into the Dille Farm, thence northerly with the centerline of said
road to the rear line of the lots laid off out of said Dille Farm,
thence easterly with the rear line of said lots and the projection
thereof to the centerline of the abandoned Chesapeake Beach
Railroad Right of Way, thence northwesterly with the center-
line of said Right of Way about three-fourths of a mile to the
centerline of a small branch, a tributary of Western Branch,
thence easterly with the centerline of said small branch to the
centerline of Brown's Station Road at a point about one mile
north of the Marlboro Pike, thence northerly and westerly
with the centerline of Brown's Station Road to the centerline
of the Whitehouse Road, thence northeasterly with the center-
line of the Whitehouse Road to the centerline of the Largo-
Marlboro Road, thence easterly with the centerline of the

terline of Route 382 to the centerline of the Duley Station Road,
thence running westerly with the centerline of the Duley Sta-
tion Road to the centerline of the Cheltenham-Duley Station
Road, thence southwesterly with the Cheltenham-Duley Station
Road to the centerline of the Van Brady Road, thence south-
easterly with the centerline of Van Brady Road to a point about
three-fourths of a mile southeast of the intersection of the
Pope's Creek Branch of the Pennsylvania Railroad and the
Cheltenham-Duley Station Road, thence leaving the centerline
of the Van Brady Road and running southerly to a small
branch of the Northwest Branch of Mattaponi Creek, thence
with the centerline of said branch to the centerline of said
Northwest Branch at a point about one mile from the junction
of said branch and Mattaponi Creek, thence running with the
centerline of said Northwest Branch southeasterly to the cen-
terline of Mattaponi Creek, thence running southwesterly with
Mattaponi Creek to a point in the centerline of Cross Road
(which runs from Talbert to North Keys) thence running south-
easterly with the centerline of Cross Road to the centerline of
