to the centerline of Martin Road, thence running easterly with
the centerline of Martin Road about two-tenths of a mile to a
point just north of the head of a small branch which runs into
a northwest branch of Rock Creek, thence running southerly
to the head of said branch with the centerline thereof into the
centerline of the northwest branch of Rock Creek, thence south-
easterly with the centerline of the northwest branch of Rock
Creek to the centerline of School Spring Branch, thence south-
erly with the centerline of School Spring Branch to a point on
the westward projection of the Westwood-Baden Road about
three-tenths of a mile northwest of the road from the Brandy-
wine-Horsehead Road past St. Paul's Episcopal Church and
Baden High School, thence running southeasterly with said
projection and following the centerline of the Baden-Westwood
Road southeasterly to the centerline of the River Road, thence
southerly with the centerline of River Road to the centerline
of Magruder's Ferry Road, thence easterly with the Magruder's
Ferry Road and the projection thereof to the centerline of the
Patuxent River, the boundary between Prince George's and
Calvert Counties, thence following the centerline of the Patux-
ent River northerly to the point of beginning.

point where the Charles County-Prince George's County bound-
ary intersects the boundary between the States of Maryland
and Virginia and running thence southerly along the Charles
County-Prince George's County boundary to the centerline of
Mattawoman Creek, thence following the centerline of Matta-
woman Creek easterly to the centerline of Gardiner Road,
thence northwesterly with the centerline of Gardiner Road to
the centerline of the T. B. -Accokeek Road, thence northeasterly
with the T. B. -Accokeek Road to the centerline of Danville
Road, thence westerly with the centerline of the Danville Road
for about one-fifth of a mile to a point due south of the head of
a ravine which runs into a branch, a tributary of Burch Road
BRANCH and Piscataway Creek, thence running north to the
said ravine and with the centerline of said ravine and said
branch to the centerline of Burch Branch at a point near the
bridge which carries the Floral Park Road over Burch Branch,
thence with the centerline of Burch Branch to the centerline of
Piscataway Creek, thence running northeasterly with the cen-
terline of Piscataway Creek about one and one-fourth miles to
the centerline of a small branch which runs southerly from a
point near the intersection of Thrift Road and the Tippett Road,
thence northerly with the centerline of said branch to the cen-
terline of Thrift Road at a point near the road to Tippett,
thence with the centerline of Thrift Road to the center of the
