AN ACT to legalize the 1951 Edition of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Cecil County, being Article 8 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, compiled and edited
by Horace E. Flack.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Code of Public Local Laws of Cecil County, being
Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
compiled and edited by Horace E. Flack, be and the same
is hereby legalized, and shall be deemed and taken in all
the courts of the State, and by all Justices of the Peace and
Trial Magistrates of the State, and by all public officials of
the State, to be evidence of the Public Local Laws of Cecil
County, in existence at the time of compilation; provided,
that before the said 1951 Edition is published, all Public
Local Laws enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland
at its session in 1951, relating to Cecil County, shall be in-
corporated therein.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the County
Commissioners of Cecil County be and they are hereby au-
thorized to make an appropriation to provide for the pub-
lication of said Code and may provide for the sale of said
Code.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1951.
