south zero degrees and 45 minutes west 371. 5 feet to a
cement post, being the southwest corner of lot number
26 located in block five of Pinehurst and College Avenues
sub-division, thence south 73 degrees and 40 minutes east
516 feet to an iron pipe, thence south 82 degrees and 16
minutes east 4, 723. 4 feet to an iron pipe located on the
west side of South Division Street, thence north 75 de-
grees and 21 minutes west 1, 707 feet to an iron pipe located
on the east line of George Street at its intersection with
the north line of East College Avenue, thence north 27
degrees and 18 minutes east 10, 343. 3 feet to a mark in
the concrete road near the intersection of East Church
Street and East Main Street, extended, thence north 52
degrees and 4 minutes West 844. 88 feet to an iron pipe on
the north right-of-way line of the Baltimore and Eastern
Railroad Company, thence north 4 degrees and 11 minutes
east 2, 872. 6 feet to an iron pipe located on the south bank
of Middle Neck Branch, said course being 475 feet east
of and parallel with the east line of Hammond Street,
thence in a westerly direction by and with the south side
of Middle Neck Branch and the east side of Johnson's
Pond to the north corporate limits of Salisbury as estab-
lished in 1908; thence, following the old corporate limits
of Salisbury the following seven courses: (1) In a west-
erly direction by and with the existing north corporate line
to a stone on the east side of a branch, known as "Cotty
Cox Branch"; (2) in a southerly direction by and with the
east side of "Cotty Cox Branch" to the north right-of-way
line of the Baltimore and Eastern Railroad Company; (3)
in a Westerly direction by and with the north right-of-way
line of the Baltimore and Eastern Railroad Company to
Williams9 Branch; (4) in a southerly direction by and with
Williams' Branch to the south line of Quantico Road at
the junction of Owen's and Williams' Branch; (5) in a
southerly direction binding on the south line of Quantico
Road and the south line of Anderson Road to the inter-
section of the south line of Anderson Road with the east
line of Parsons Road; (6) in a southeasterly direction by
and with the east line of Parsons Road to the intersection
of the east line of Parsons Road with the dock leading
from Parsons' mill site; (7) by and with the west side of
the dock to the Wicomico River, thence in a southwesterly
direction by and with the southwest bank of the Wicomico
River to the point of beginning; all of said bearings based
on true meridian.

3. Applicability. All of the provisions of the Constitu-
tion of the State of Maryland and the charter of the City
of Salisbury and other local laws applicable to the City of
