Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. 5354, folio 299, to
the Vestry of St. Paul's Parish, in Baltimore County, and the
Boy's School of St. Paul's Parish.

12. To bequest of Miss Henrietta Pfaff to the Warden and
Vestry of the Church of the Epiphany, as contained in her Last
Will and Testament recorded in the Office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City, in Liber J. H. B. 226, folio 376.

13. To deed of property in Spaulding's District, Prince
George's County, from Annie F. Masters to the Bishop of
Washington's Missionary Society, said deed being dated July 5,
1907 and recorded May 20, 1908, in Liber No, 47, folio 175.

14. To conveyance from Moishe Berenholz and Naomi Beren-
holz, his wife, to the West End Hebrew Congregation Oir
Knesseth Israel of the lot of ground known as 895 W. Lombard
Street, the said conveyance being recorded in the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6987, folio 177, etc.

15. To the bequests contained in the Unrecorded Deed of
Trust from Ethel Frances Anderson Boyle, deceased, dated
September 23, 1940, and Amendment thereto dated June 23,
1943, viz.:

1. The Young Men's Christian Association of Baltimore,
Maryland, for the use of the Anchorage Branch on Thames
Street............................................ $5, 000.

2. The Vestry of the Church of the Holy Nativity, Forest
Park, Baltimore, Maryland........................... $500.

16. TO DEED FROM EFFIE E. LOHMAR, WIDOW, TO

THE RICHARDSON MEMORIAL CHURCH OF COLMAR
MANOR, MARYLAND, DATED MARCH 14, 1941, AND RE-
CORDED AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF PRINCE
GEORGE'S COUNTY, MARYLAND, ON MARCH 24, 1941,
IN LIBER NO. 595 AT FOLIO 305, CONVEYING LOT NO.
EIGHTEEN (18) IN "ELIJAH E. KNOTT'S ADDITION TO
BELTSVILLE HEIGHTS", AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK RNR-2 AT FOLIO 56 OF THE LAND REC-
