6. To deed conveying to the Maryland Baptist Union Asso-
ciation, a body corporate, the ground rent or reversion in the
property known as 113 South Potomac Street, Baltimore, Md.,
from Louisa F. Aull, dated October 11, 1932, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
5329, folio 257, etc., reserving, however, a life estate in the
grantor who died on February 22, 1942.

7. To deed from Eugene E. Gerald and Roberta Gerald, his
wife, to First Advent Christian Church of Woodlawn, Mary-
land, dated November 8, 1945, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County, in Liber R. J. S. No. 1412, folio
346, conveying fee simple property known as No. 6426 Kriel
Street, Woodlawn, Maryland, being known and designated as
lot No. 437 on the Plat Book W. P. C. No. 5, folio 44.

8. To deed from First Advent Christian Church of Wood-
lawn, Maryland, to American Advent Mission Society of Bos-
ton, Massachusetts, dated May 13, 1946, recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber R, J. S. No. 1439,
folio 522, conveying fee simple property known as No. 6426
Kriel Street, Woodlawn, Maryland, being known and desig-
nated as lot No. 437 on the Plat of Broad Acres, recorded
among the aforesaid Land Records in Plat Book W. P. C. No. 5,
folio 44.

9. To deed from Joseph A. Kies and wife, Marian A. Kies to
The Middle Atlantic Conference of Congregational Christian
Churches, a New Jersey corporation, dated July 3, 1944 and
recorded July 7, 1944 in Liber 943 at folio 50 among the Land
Records of Montgomery County, Maryland, conveying the fol-
lowing described property: Lot numbered Twenty-three (23)
In the resubdivision of Lots 1 to 4, inclusive, in Block Lettered
"L" in the subdivision known as "Section Three, Seven Oaks",
as per plat recorded in Plat Book 12 at plat 824 among the
Land Records of Montgomery County, Maryland.

10. To deed from Sarah A. C. Bressler and husband, Harry
B. Bressler, to Columbia Union Conference Association of
Seventh Day Adventists, a District of Columbia corporation,
dated June 16, 1938, and recorded June 21, 1938, in Liber 699
at folio 435 among the Land Records of Montgomery County
Maryland, conveying the following described property: Lot
numbered Eighteen (18) in Block lettered "A" in a subdivision
known as "Flower Avenue Park, Section 2", as per plat re-
corded in Plat Book 11 at plat 753, among the Land Records
of Montgomery County, Maryland.

11. To deed from The Baltimore Trust Company of the
