THEODORE R. MCKELDIN, GOVERNOR 1455

granted to the following gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales,
leases, conveyances and deeds, to and from certain persons and
bodies corporate to and for the use of certain ministerial per-
sons, religious and educational corporations, orders, denomi-
nations and sects, and to certain charitable institutions here-
inafter named and hereinafter set forth.

1. To deed from Katherine E. McRary to Douglas Memorial
Community Church of Baltimore, Maryland, dated June 23,
1947, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
County in Liber J. W. B. No. 1584, folio 439 of 6 acres of land
on the Old Frederick Road.

2. To the gifts contained in the Last Will and Testament of
William Newcomer, deceased, (Feb. 16, 1911), late of Wash-
ington County, Maryland, of record in the Office of the Register
of Wills for said County, in "Wills" Liber L, folio 18, viz.:

(a) Christian Church at Beaver Creek, Washington County,
Maryland.

(b) First Christian Church at Hagerstown, Washington
County, Maryland.

(c) Second Christian Church (Colored) of Hagerstown,
Washington County, Maryland.

3. To the deed dated June 22, 1939, from Clayton Myers and
Lillian M. Myers, his wife, to the German Evangelical Lutheran
Immanuel Congregation Unaltered Augsburg Confession in
Baltimore, Maryland, a body corporate, conveying an annual
ground rent of Ninety Dollars ($90. 00), issuing out of the
property No. 400 Normandy Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
M. L. P. No, 5932, folio 271 &c.

4. To deed from Anthony E. Kernan to The Pentecostal
Church of the Nazarene, now known as The First Church of
the Nazarene, dated June 3, 1930 and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C, L. No. 5126, folio 42,
conveying the leasehold interest in premises in Baltimore City
known as 2424 Harlem Avenue.

5. To deed from George W. Pierson and Margaret Pierson,
his wife, to The First Church of the Nazarene, formerly The
Pentecostal Church of the Nazarene, dated December 17, 1941
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber M. L. P. No. 6256, folio 497, conveying ground rent of
$90. 00 issuing from premises in Baltimore City known as 2424
Harlem Avenue.
