"Electrical Apparatus and Wiring", be, and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
573. After June 1, 1937, no electric light or power company
shall attach its power lines or electric meters to any con-
sumer's property within the borders of Prince George's County
unless the building was wired before June 1, 1937, or the
work has been installed by Master Electrician licensed under
this sub-title and until a temporary or permanent meter cut-in
certificate has been issued by [the Middle Department Asso-
ciation of Fire Underwriters. ] whatever agency is approved
or established by the Board of County Commissioners. Said
[department] agency shall issue a meter cut-in certificate in
duplicate, one of said certificates shall be sent to the power or
electric company furnishing the electricity for the consumer's
property, and the other shall be sent to the Board of Electrical
Examiners and Supervisors. The meter cut-in certificate de-
livered to the Board, shall contain a record of the amount of
the fee or fees collected on said certificate.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

(House Bill 757)
AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to sundry gifts, bequests and devises
contained in the Last Wills and Testaments of certain per-
sons, deceased, and also to certain gifts, grants, sales, leases,
and deeds made by various persons to and for the use and
benefit of sundry ministerial persons, religious corporations,
vestries, educational and charitable institutions, churches,
denominations or sects hereinafter named.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of said General Assembly
of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and
