(c) The Sheriff of Frederick County shall be entitled to
charge and receive the following fee in addition to those pro-
vided for in Sub-section (a), to wit:
For every mile traveled in the performance of any duty im-
posed by law beyond the corporate limits of the several cities
and towns where Trial Magistrate's sit or the City of Frederick
for which no mileage allowance has been provided elsewhere
in this Article, but not for the return—ten (10) cents per mile.
Provided, however, that whenever the said Sheriff or his deputy
shall make more than one trip to carry out any one particular
duty, he shall be entitled to the said mileage allowance for the
first trip only.
Any fees to which the Sheriff or his deputies are entitled
under the provisions of this Article in the performance of any
duties imposed by law shall be turned over to the office of the
Sheriff to be used solely to defray the expenses of that office.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.

(House Bill 749)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 573,
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County,
(Flack's Edition, 1943), sub-title "Electrical Apparatus and
Wiring", as enacted by Chapter 542 of the Acts of 1937,
and amended by Chapter 776 of the Acts of 1947 providing
for the Board of County Commissioners to establish or
approve a proper agency for the inspection of electrical
wiring.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 573 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (Flack's Edition, 1943), sub-title,
