(House Bill 630)

AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition, being Article
2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Anne Arundel County", said new section to be known as
Section 332½ and to come under the new sub-title "Foxes",
said new sub-title and section to follow immediately after
Section 332D of said Article as said Section 332D was en-
acted by Chapter 558 of the Acts of 1949, providing an
allowance or bounty for the killing or destruction of foxes
within Anne Arundel County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to the Code
of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition,
being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland),
title "Anne Arundel County", said new section to be known
as Section 332½, and to come under the new sub-title "Foxes",
said new sub-title and section to follow immediately after
Section 332D of said Article as said Section 332D was enacted
by Chapter 558 of the Acts of 1949, and to read as follows:

FOXES

332½. Any citizen of Anne Arundel County who shall kill
or destroy any foxes within the limits of Anne Arundel County
shall be entitled to an allowance or bounty in the amount of
Two Dollars ($2. 00) for each fox so killed or destroyed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1951.
