to 51, inclusive, to follow immediately after Section 38 there-
of and to be under the new sub-title "Bowling Green Special
Tax Area", providing for the incorporation of a new tax area
in Allegany County, to be known as the Bowling Green
Special Tax Area, and providing generally for the powers,
authority and duties of said Special Tax Area and of the
County Commissioners AND OF THE ATTORNEY TO THE
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS of Allegany County in rela-
tion thereto.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That 13 new sections be and they are hereby added to
Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Allegany County", said new sections to be
known as Sections 39 to 51, inclusive, to follow immediately
after Section 38 thereof and to be under the new sub-title
"Bowling Green Special Tax Area", and all to read as follows:

BOWLING GREEN SPECIAL TAX AREA

39. For the purpose of this sub-title, Bowling Green Special
Tax Area in Allegany County, located in Election District No,
6, as hereinafter described, shall constitute a special taxing
area or district, and shall be deemed and taken to comprise
certain parcels of land as follows:

Beginning for the same at a concrete monument standing
on the East side of McMullen Highway at the foot of Dingle

Hill, it being a corner on the City Line of Cumberland,
Maryland, thence with said City Line North forty three
degrees fifty nine minutes West one thousand feet, thence

leaving the City Line and running in a southwesterly direc-

tion to the northwest corner of the Straub property, AT A

CONCRETE MONUMENT AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY
EXTREMITY OF THE CITY OF CUMBERLAND LIMITS,
THENCE WITH A PART OF THE SAID CITY LIMIT
LINE NORTH 43° 59' WEST TO THE WESTERLY SIDE
OF McMULLEN HIGHWAY, THENCE WITH THE WEST-
ERLY SIDE OF McMULLEN HIGHWAY WESTERLY AP-
PROXIMATELY 2, 600 FEET TO ITS INTERSECTION
WITH THE SOUTHWESTERLY SIDE OF THE BUCK
LODGE TRACT, THENCE WITH THE SAID SIDE OF
THE BUCK LODGE TRACT NORTHWESTERLY TO
NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF THE STRAUB TRACT,
thence with the westerly boundary of said property to its
intersection with the northerly side of the Hammond property,
thence with the westerly boundary of
the Hammond property
to its intersection with Roberts Addition, thence with the
westerly line of Roberts Addition to the end thereof, thence
